Returns

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 30 days of receipt of the product. Items need to be returned in their original condition, packaging and unused, we will be happy to refund or exchange your order.

You must email us for our Returns Shipping Address, as we need to make sure our warehouse team is aware of all returns coming in, so the refund process is processed without delay. It is advisable to track your return order, as no refunds can be processed until it reaches our team and inspected. 

If an exchange is required

You need to exchange products within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us via email, and we will provide you with information regarding the returns procedure. Once you have returned the item, your original order will be refunded (excluding postage costs) and a new order will be placed (postage costs to be covered by you). For exchanges, if the value of the new item exceeds the original value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase.

Items purchased here at Donegal Knitwear may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days if you're not completely satisfied,  All items must be returned unused, in the original packaging and safely packaged, (excluding postage costs).

Sale Items: 

All sale items are non-returnable 

Exceptions: 

 Please note that the following are excluded from the store returns policy:

• Customized Apparel
• Items otherwise altered to a customer’s request

All items returned as faulty will be inspected. Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty.

Processing your Refund

Upon receipt of your returned items, the credit or debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the full cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account. 

Exchanging a Gift

Please note that we can only refund the credit or debit card used for the original purchase. However, it is possible to exchange your Donegal Knitwear order.

If you received a Donegal Knitwear item as a gift, and it is not suitable, you can return it within 30 days for an exchange. Please contact us via email, and we will provide you with information regarding the returns procedure. 

For exchanges, if the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase, (postage costs to be covered by you).
